Item return policy
Our return policy covers 15 days from the purchase of the product. In order to be able to return your money the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and with its labels. There are a number of items that cannot be returned such as custom surfboards. To return your product you must send it back to us, pay the shipping costs and have the item delivered to us, so we recommend a tracked delivery.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that your product has a material or manufacturing defect, just contact us. So if you have any problems with your product, even after using it under normal conditions, you can make a warranty claim: Please send us an email with the order number and your full name. Describe the problem and, if possible, include pictures to clarify the matter. We will take a look at the problem and tell you if it makes sense to send the product in for repair/replacement.
BOARD DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
The boards are insured by the transport company, for any kind of blow or accident, so it is recommended to open the package in front of the carrier as it is delivered and check that everything is o.k. Otherwise it will not be possible to make a claim later. If it is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
